[ISLMA-Share] New Middle School Endorsement Rules

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

As I understand it, if you already have an LMS middle school endorsement,
then this new change does not apply. This is only for anyone that will be
getting the endorsement after Feb. 1, 2018.
