[ISLMA-Share] prizes for Battle of the Books

It takes time, but I go around to the fast food and pizza places in town
for whatever free food coupons they can give me. Some of them need to
contact their district office so you have to plan about a month ahead, but
kids love food and ours are happy with the free food coupons! We have ended
up with so many that I give a coupon to every kid for every round they
participate in.
