[ISLMA-Share] Literacy Centers in High Schools

We have something similar (main focus is on writing) called the Academic
Resource Center (ARC) <https://www.glenbrook225.org/gbn/Academics/The-ARC>.
It also runs a peer tutoring program.  It's staffed by a paraprofessional
all day, but overseen by an English teacher and the head librarian (who
each have shifts there a few days a week).
