I use:
A Book Is Just Like You!: All About the Parts of a Book
<https://www.amazon.com/Book-Just-Like-You-About/dp/1602130604/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1476279540&sr=8-1&keywords=a+book+is+just+like+you>Aug
2012
by Kathleen Fox
<https://www.amazon.com/Kathleen-Fox/e/B001K8SAYE/ref=sr_ntt_srch_lnk_1?qid=1476279540&sr=8-1>
 and John Wallace

and then I also use websites from various authors and illustrators that
show the author/illustrator at work. Scholastic Book Fairs author videos
are often a great source for these as well.
