[ISLMA-Share] Destiny report

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Go to Reports, Shelf List. Then fill out the pertinent info. I did each section of my library separately. If you don’t fill in any dates in the Count Circulation boxes, it will count total circulations. If you want just how many times items have circulated in the last five years, you can fill in the boxes to reflect that. For weeding purposes, I use Publication year instead of price. And, I always export the report as an Excel file, so I can sort the data different ways.

If you are just checking on one book, go to "Copy Status," scan the book or enter the book's title,  click on "View History."
