[ISLMA-Share] Issues with Google Doc Files

I'm not having that issue, but I AM having trouble with students being able
to even access their drive.  It tells them the service is not available.
Sometimes they are "locked out" of it for a minute or two, then it suddenly
decides to kick in, and other times they've been "locked out" all class
period, only to get back in with no problems later in the day.  I don't
know if this is a Google issue or a district issue, but it's never happened
before has been happening since last Friday.
