[ISLMA-Share] Issues with Google Doc Files

This may have nothing to do with your problem, but last year I had issues
when kids tried to print from Google tools and couldn't (although they
could print after they downloaded their doc to Word with no problem.) I
called the company that services our copy machines (that also function as
our printers), and the company said these copy machines sometimes have
issues printing directly from the internet (not always, though). If your
students are printing to a copy machine, the machine itself may be the
issue. However, this may not be your problem at all!
