[ISLMA-Share] ESSA - Call of Action tomorrow

As you know, ISLMA has been working very hard to get ISBE to include school libraries as they implement ESSA in Illinois. AASL is working just as hard at the national level. They have now called for a Day of Action tomorrow,  Wednesday, October 26, to urge Congress to fully fund the Title IV, Part A block grant.
