[ISLMA-Share] Student Volunteers

I would be interested in this as well.  We already have student aides in
the library; they volunteer their time during their study hall period.
Right now, my aide (who has been at the school for many years) goes into
the study halls and selects students she thinks would be a good fit for us,
but I am considering trying to start using an application process.

What sorts of questions do you ask high school students?  And has anyone
had experience with students acting negatively towards you after not being
picked to be an aide?
