[ISLMA-Share] Fwd: Author visit-Kirby Larson

Hi,

My school has invited Kirby Larson to be our One Author, One Community
author for this school year. She will be traveling to Chicago May 18 and
19th, 2017. We will host her here at St. Francis on the 19th and Sunset
Ridge School District is hosting her for one session on Thursday, May 18.
We are looking for her to visit another site on the 18th for one or two
presentations. The cost for a single presentation is $700 plus a 1/3 share
of Kirby's travel expenses. Below is a detailed email from Kirby's
scheduler with more information. If you are interested in joining us in
hosting Kirby, please let me know as soon as possible.

Thank you for your interest in an author visit.  Kirby Larson’s
presentations bring the creative writing process to life.  Her award
winning books include:  *Dash, Duke*, *Hattie Ever After*, *Hattie Big Sky*,
*Two Bobbies:  The True Story of Hurricane Katrina, Friendship and
Survival, *and* Nubs:  The True Story of a Mutt, a Marine and a
Miracle. * Kirby
is currently scheduling for 2017.
