[ISLMA-Share] Student Volunteers

I have had 4th grade helpers. They come in during their SSR once a week.
Their classroom teacher must be comfortable with their missing SSR. I also
require that they pass all levels of 'Order in the Library'. At this age,
it's as much a training mission as my getting help, but it works well. If
someone isn't working out, they are asked not to come back. I also let them
know that if they don't like it, it's OK to say so, and quit!
