[ISLMA-Share] Holiday Book Club ideas

My library club kids love doing a book exchange for Christmas.  They beg to
do it every year.  They bring a book they don't want anymore (but someone
else would like to read), wrap it up, and then kids can choose a wrapped
book from the pile.
