[ISLMA-Share] Laminator repair

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Does anyone know of a place in the Rockford (Northern Illinois) area that services laminators? Ours is in serious need of repair :( We called Mueller Audio Visual about 2 weeks ago and someone said they would come last Monday. They did not show up and we have been unable to reach them by phone.
