[ISLMA-Share] Spine label makers

Be wary of label makers for this purpose! We bought a Dymo LabelWriter 400
Turbo to handle those quick changes to spine labels.

The problem is the paper quality of the rolled labels. ALL of the spine
labels faded to yellow, with the print barely readable, within 1 year. More
if they were at all exposed to sunlight from windows. We've been re-doing
the spines ever since.

Such a label printer make work well for file folders in a drawer, but I
would never recommend it for spine labels.
