[ISLMA-Share] Abe incentives

We do a pizza party on voting day for eligible voters during their lunch
period.  I also make brownies and bring soda.  They vote and talk about the
books.

One thing that has helped a lot here has been to get the English teachers
involved.  I do booktalks to every single English class; this has been HUGE
in getting kids to check them out and talk about them.  The English
teachers have also started using the Abe list to assign summer reading.
