Michelle,

As a committee member and grant reader, I must tell everyone that we want
enough detail to understand what you are proposing to do for/with your
students, faculty, administrators, parents, etc. You live with your
situation on a daily basis, we do not, and we must rely upon what you tell
us to understand your proposal. I know this is not a specific answer, but
think in these terms as you prepare your grant application.
