[ISLMA-Share] eRead Illinois/Axis360 & Chromebooks

What type of Chromebooks are you using?  If they're ARM devices, you might
have some luck pushing the Android .apk through ARC Welder.  Compatibility
with that can be very hit or miss though, plus you'd only be able to use
that in the test mode.  I don't think B&T would like you trying to
republish their app to the Chrome store!  It might work in a pinch, but
probably isn't suitable to deploy school wide.
