[ISLMA-Share] Tracking nominated books read

I use a Google Form that they kids fill out and then I have a spread sheet
so I can see how many each kid has read.  This is the first year I am doing
this.  In the past I have had a display with the book covers and then when
kids read that book, I put their name on a book die cut and stuck it around
the book.
