[ISLMA-Share] HS Fines / Replacement Fees

We don't charge overdues, but book must be returned to check out another
book. Overdue notices are emailed but students don't always check email on
their ipads. I have a conversation if they reach the 3rd week overdue, and
phone home after a month overdue. 6 weeks overdue is considered lost, & a
bill goes home. We do charge for lost and damaged books.
