Our students each have a Chromebook, and they can cloud print using
Papercut. This printer server (I believe it is a paid service) allows them
to choose any cloud printer, so they do not have to be present in a room
where a printer is located.

We have a sorting method in the Library Media Center where documents
printed during period 2, for example, are sorted into a period 2 slot;
students swing by during passing periods and grab what they have printed.

Works for us!
