[ISLMA-Share] Book Fairs during Parent Teacher Conferences

I have a fixed schedule, so I can do a "preview" with the kids, let them
shop and/or fill out wish lists, then am open during conferences. When the
kids have already visited, they are very excited to make sure their parents
come, too!

Back when I didn't have a fixed schedule, I created a "Class Visit"
calendar and teachers could sign up for a 15 minute visit to the book fair
for their classroom, complete with a story and/or booktalks.  I provided
coffee for the teachers and also allowed them to drop off their students
and have that 15-20 minute time for themselves.

Worked like a charm.
