[ISLMA-Share] Tabletop book fair

We have used Blue Ribbon. He provides a tablet as a cash register. He can
bring books for middle school through adult - but you need to make that
clear you want those books as well.

Our fair is small and I appreciate being able to choose if I want cash or
cash & books or just books as the profit.
