[ISLMA-Share] Tabletop book fair

One of our smaller schools used the tabletop book fair. It seemed to work
okay, but I know if you don't have a percentage of sales, Scholastic will
make it a tabletop one. We put ours in an empty classroom. I was not
involved--the PTO ran it. The selection was limited and did not include
older titles.
