[ISLMA-Share] Effingham ESSA listening tour

Last night I attended the ISBE listening tour for the organization.  We had
four attendees speak in favor of libraries.  Sarah Hill, President of YALSA
spoke, an employee of North Clay Schools, and a retired Administrator.
After the meeting several people came up to me to share how impressed they
were with our showing.   One told me she had heard that the librarians had
"organized" in Bloomington, but didn't know what that meant.  She said that
now she understands what that means, and she didn't know that we had it in
us.
