[ISLMA-Share] Library Sign in Procedures

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

We use excel.  It auto-populates the current time into a field when they
login.  We use a lookup table and they scan their ID and the name populates
into a different field.  We don't do "sign out," but I'm sure you could
make that work with a bit of fancy formulas....
