[ISLMA-Share] Rebecca Caudill 2017 - quiz and answer key availability....to see if students read the book

We use this Bookmark that I made up.  They take one when they checkout the
book.  Fill it out as they read the book, then turn it in to us.  We scan
it over, ask a question or two about what they wrote that applies to the
book.  If they can't answer, I don't give them credit. It is very casual.
I could have some that are lying, but it takes too much effort for them to
lie their way through all 20 books that they don't bother....​
