[ISLMA-Share] Library Sign in Procedures

We have a finger scanner linked to Skyward. Students scan in and then it
lets the teacher know that the kid got to the library (rather than sneaking
out). Has worked great for the last couple of years, and has helped to stop
students from cutting class. :)
