[ISLMA-Share] Point of View in YA

I think *Ender's Game* might be a good example of third omniscient. The
third person is done so well sometimes the reader forgets it's not first
person. Yet we jump perspectives so the reader knows more than any of the
individual characters (well, except maybe Bean.)
