Hi everyone,

Our district is considering moving to grade level centers: instead of
having four schools that are K-5, two would become K-2 and two would become
3-5. Of course, my first thought was the libraries - roughly half of each
school's collection would be moved to another school.

If you've gone through this process: how long did it take? Who did all the
work? What time of year did you do it? Was the library open or closed
throughout your process? Other than weeding, what recommendations would
you have? My poor little head is spinning, just thinking about this.

Many thanks for any words of wisdom,

Susie Narkis
