[ISLMA-Share] Novels for geography

Our geography teacher uses the following novels during the year for
different countries/continents studied -  A Night Divided by Jennifer A.
Nielsen, I am Malala by Malala Yousafzai, Esperanza Rising, and The Dreamer
(both by Pam Munoz Ryan)
