[ISLMA-Share] lending/borrowing money

They aren't exactly what you asked for, but the three money books that came
to mind first are:

Alexander, who used to be rich last Sunday by Judith Viorst
Bunny Money by Rosemary Wells
(both picture books)

Erin McEwan, your days are numbered by Alan Ritchie (a Caudill nominee in
the 92-93 school year)

Maybe they'll trigger someone else's thoughts of other books...These are
really more about managing money, rather than loaning/borrowing money.
