[ISLMA-Share] Video tapes

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

When I weeded a lot of videos last year, I first ran a report that showed
which videos had not circulated in the last 3 years. If they were VHS tapes
and they had not circulated, I discarded them. If there was a VHS tape that
had circulated, I searched online to see if there was a DVD I could
purchase to replace it with. If I could not find a DVD to replace it with,
then I put a sticker on on the VHS box that said "keep VHS" so I knew not
to discard it in the future.
