[ISLMA-Share] Copyright ?

Even showing it to one classroom is essentially a violation of copyright
since the video usually says it is for home use only... I'm talking about
DVDs that are entertaining movies or Disney movies. If it is a curriculum
related movie, you are covered by fair use if you are using it in your
classroom. If everyone in your school has some curriculum it relates to,
you could potentially argue that it relates to a school wide curriculum
which would give you fair use. But a movie for entertainment...? Unless
you have a commercial license that allows you to show videos, like my
school district has, you are violating copyright.
