[ISLMA-Share] Magazines

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Just got our new subscription quote in the mail. Seriously weighing the
cost versus use benefit. I spend more time switching out the magazines than
students do actually looking at/reading them. The most use the magazines
get is when teachers need past issues for art projects. Same is true for
our newspapers. We subscribe to three area papers, and the only people who
OCCASIONALLY pick one up are substitute teachers. Silver lining is that
those funds could go to other, more used resources
