[ISLMA-Share] Monarch Book: Ben Franklin's Big Splash

Is anyone else tempted to put this book in their biography section?  I know
parts of it are fictionalized, but there is a source list and a timeline in
the back of the book.  I'm afraid students won't find it in chapter books -
fiction which is what Follett Destiny recommends.

Thoughts?
