[ISLMA-Share] Library Arrangement

My dad was a behavioral psychologist (he could manipulate the heck out of
us.) You need to put something else in the place they're sliding into that
is more work  than it's worth to move.

Or if it's a supervision concern, get one of those mirrors that allows you
to see what they're up to behind the pole.
