The first one we did after we got our boxes was Historical Mastermind - https://games.breakoutedu.com/historical-mastermind
We had our 7th grade students do this. They did need some help and didn't all have all the background information, but we gave them iPads to research.

We've done several since then, and have even created a few. Our biggest issue was having the locks break all the time. We now prefer to do a hybrid of digital Breakout and regular. The students still have physical clues in front of them (and a few digital), but the "lockbox" is now digital as a Google form. http://www.breakoutedu.com/digital/

I'm not sure that digital would work for the Masterminds as one clue is solved to open a lock to reveal the next clue. But digital works great if you were going to put all physical locks on the hasp.

Subject: [ISLMA-Share] Breakout EDU

I'm looking for a great breakout activity for 6-8 - anyone have any ones that the kids liked? We have the boxes...
Thanks,
Amy
