Hi Kristen -

In Chrome there are several apps that will handle this for you.
Screencastify is one of my favorites.  Free, and easy to learn. Allows you
to post  to Youtube or save to the desktop or Google Drive

Awesome ScreenShot and ViewedIt are others Viewed it has a paid (?) piece
that lets you track who watches them.

Snagit is still my favorite, but is no longer free. :(\
