[ISLMA-Share] Subbing

I work on a fixed/flex schedule with teachers present so that they can
learn with the students. They do not sub me. I was out for 3 months last
year due to an injury. I worked from home to plan with teachers and help
develop lessons as I could. The district does sub those of us who teach 5-8
encore classes, but not the rest of us. Interestingly enough, my assistant
was out for a few months due to jury duty last year as well. I requested a
sub, my retired assistant, and got her for part time.
We do offer make up library check out times and lab times if teachers want
them.
