[ISLMA-Share] wall mounting iPads

Just an outside the box thought...we use the white wire book display
holders.  They have been a very cheap. very flexible alternative. We can
use them on any counter and the kids can pick up the ipad or just type on
it while the holder keeps it upright (at a slight angle) for them. Works
well for us.  We returned the expensive wall mounts we had purchased.
