[ISLMA-Share] Becoming District Librarian

Today, on the first day of school, I was told that they want to hire an
aide at the middle school and give me a stipend to be district librarian,
if I am interested.  I would still have a fixed schedule at the elementary
school and train the aide at the middle school.

I would probably have to order books and materials for the middle school
also.  I have 6  40 minute plans a week and 4 other 40 minute free periods
that can be taken from me for testing or whatever they want.

I want to ask for an aide at the elementary school, and some extra free
periods. What am I missing?  I am up for the challenge but don't want to be
stupid about how much work this will be.
