[ISLMA-Share] Question about Carl Hiassen's Scat

Hi All!
We have a possible cheating situation, but can't prove it because I have no
extra copies of the book for reference.

It's been a long time since I've read Scat by Carl Hiassen.  Does anyone
remember exactly where the teacher was found?  I remember she had been
caring for the panther kittens, right?  But specifically WHERE was she?  A
shack in the swamp?  A warehouse?  I cannot recall.

Anything you can remember will be greatly appreciated!
