[ISLMA-Share] Destiny Fine Refund?

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

I do it the same way. Anytime I send a refund, I note it in the notes for the patron as well as making sure it is cleared in Destiny. Then we have a check sent via our school. Document. Document. Document.
