[ISLMA-Share] livestreaming

Easiest solution I found for live stream: Google Hangouts using a PC with
attached iPEVO document camera for live feed, small hard wired microphone
and decent speakers -- projected onto screen using Brightlink projector (or
other LCD projector).  Boom.  No intense setup, audio or connectivity
issues.
