[ISLMA-Share] Name of book

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Do you have any idea about the publication date? This sounds like a film I
watched when I was a kid, and it has been bugging me! I'm wondering if
there was possibly a film adaptation in the 90s? That still hasn't helped
me find anything, but it might be something to go on if it is indeed an
older title.

I take it that it wasn't any of the suggestions offered to your first email?

I'm really curious to hear if you ever find out what this is!
