[ISLMA-Share] One to One Chromebooks

Hello All,

   Our junior high is in the second year of one to one Chromebooks. We are
having an astounding number of students that need to borrow Chromebooks
because they simply don't charge them. Would anyone be willing to share
their policy/ consequence or follow up that you do with students that don't
charge or bring their Chromebooks to school?
