[ISLMA-Share] Budget information

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Hi all,
I am wondering what your elementary library has for a budget for books (not
including fundraisers like book fairs). What is your spending per student
like? I'm in a place where I'd like to make a case for my K-6 library but
want some numbers to share with the administration. I am in the northwest
suburbs of Chicago (Palatine) and am particularly interested in the
surrounding districts and how they support their library purchasing. Thanks!
