[ISLMA-Share] Color update with spray paint experiences?

I've been happy with the cart I turned from mweh to royal blue. I started
with spray paint, then our custodian took pity on me and finished it by
brushing on Rustoleum. I did it at least 5 years ago, and it still looks
great. I didn't sand, but did clean it well before painting.
