[ISLMA-Share] Color update with spray paint experiences?

Rustoleum has worked for us, too!
We received an old, spinning rack for paperbacks years ago. Because the
wire racks were thin, I just cleaned it but didn't bother sanding. Ten
years and *many* paperbacks later, it still looks great.
Perhaps with shelving that endures harder wear, it's worth going the extra
mile by sanding or the auto salvage powder coating route, though.
