We are a K-5 school. Currently, I have fiction divided into three color
coded categories:

Red = primary (asy readers separated into baskets) with the prefix of "E"
Purple = easy chapter books (I made up a prefix "Ch-E"
Blue = middle grade novels (Have a prefix of F and a genre label)

Non-fiction is not separated, but easy items are marked with a red
sticker. It is the green section since the shelf header is green, but is
not marked so on the books.

Graphic novels have a prefix of "G" and are divided into two section" Easy
Graphics have a red sticker and are located in the Red zone.
